The conversion from local servers to The Complete Cloud™ was a seamless transition for us with no additional down time other than what we had scheduled and planned for. This is rare in the IT world! The engineers on site thought through each scenario and solved all compatibility issues so that every software we use was up and running the day before we re-opened.
Today, we continue to experience great system performance, quick response time from the technicians and access to a knowledgeable IT team with specific experience in all the dental software programs we use. It was a great experience to have MBS Secure handle the recent upgrade of our Dentrix Enterprise version. We came in to no issues Monday morning after the install was complete!
It would have been a huge loss if we weren’t able to get a hold of patients to get them rescheduled and have our schedule full for when we were actually able to get into the office again. It was a big help to be able to have remote access to our computers. It was really scary, and it was nice that we were able to still take care of everyone through The Complete Cloud™.
